Underfloor heating installation in your area

Hepta installs and services warm water underfloor heating in your area, including pipework, manifolds, zone controls and connection to your boiler. It suits extensions, new bathrooms and renovated ground floors. Call 07477 877199 or send the details and we will talk through what suits your floors.

What it covers

Underfloor heating gives even, gentle warmth across a whole room, with no radiators on the walls. It works especially well in extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and any room where the floor is being redone anyway.

It does need planning. The floor build up, the boiler, the manifold position and the controls all matter. We look at all of those, explain what suits your property and install the system so each zone heats evenly and is simple to control.

When to call

  • You are building an extension or redoing a floor
  • A room is cold and radiators cannot fit well
  • An existing system is heating unevenly

We plan zones, manifold position and controls.

Questions about underfloor heating

Not here? Call 07477 877199 and ask.

Often yes, with a blending valve or manifold to lower the water temperature. Some boilers suit it better than others. We check yours and tell you what, if anything, needs to change.

Most finishes work. Tile and stone transfer heat best, while thick carpets and some timber floors need more care. We check the build up and advise on what suits the finish you want.

Yes, it is a good fit. Warm tiles are a small luxury, and it frees wall space. We plan the zone and the control for the room and make sure the pipework is tested before tiling.

A manifold is the distribution point where the loops of underfloor pipe connect and are balanced. It sits in an accessible cupboard or utility. We choose a position that is easy to reach and short to the pipe runs.

Often. Faulty pumps, valves, thermostats and unbalanced loops are all repairable. A leaking buried pipe is harder, and we would trace it carefully before suggesting what to do.

We are based in Epsom and cover Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Leatherhead, Banstead, Cheam, Sutton and Worcester Park, along with Stoneleigh, Esher, Chessington, Cobham, Surbiton, Kingston upon Thames, New Malden, Carshalton, Wallington, Purley, Coulsdon, Reigate, Redhill, Croydon, Morden and Wimbledon. Each of those has its own page for underfloor heating, and you can also send us your town through the contact form.

Check that every zone thermostat is calling for heat and that the manifold pump is running. Note which zones are cold. Underfloor systems respond slowly, so allow time before judging.

Whether it is a new floor or an existing system, the room sizes and floor type, the boiler type, and whether you want separate zones for each room.

Uneven output is usually caused by an unbalanced manifold, air in the loops, a weak pump or faulty zone controls rather than a fault in the pipe itself.

Yes. Use the contact form with your name, phone number, town and a short description of the job. Pick a preferred contact time if you like; it is a preference only. For anything urgent, call 07477 877199.
