Boiler installation and replacement in your area
Hepta installs and replaces boilers in your area. We look at your home, hot water use and existing pipework, then recommend a combi, system or regular boiler that suits it. Call 07477 877199 or send the details online and we will arrange a visit to talk it through.
What it covers
A new boiler is a big decision, and the right one depends on the home, not on a sales target. How many bathrooms you have, how many people use hot water at once, the age of the pipework and the space you have all feed into what to fit.
We start by looking at the house and listening to how you use it. Then we recommend a boiler type and size and explain why, including what else may need attention while the system is being worked on, such as controls, filters and old pipework.

Questions about boiler installation
Not here? Call 07477 877199 and ask.
A combi heats water on demand and suits homes with one or two bathrooms. A system or regular boiler works with a cylinder and suits larger homes with higher hot water demand. We look at your property and recommend the right fit.
Not necessarily. Many existing radiators and pipes are fine. We check the system condition and flush it, and only suggest replacing parts that are failing or would limit the new boiler's performance.
Often yes, subject to the flue route, space and pipe runs. Moving the boiler adds work, so we look at the options and explain what is practical before you commit.
No, but a modern thermostat or programmer helps the boiler run efficiently. We can fit whichever control suits you, from a simple timer to a smart thermostat, and show you how to use it.
We remove it as part of the installation and dispose of it responsibly. We will confirm that when we agree the work, along with what is being removed and what is staying in place.

Note the make and age of the boiler, how many bathrooms and people it serves, and any problems you have had. Take a photo of the boiler, its flue and where it sits.
The boiler make and age, how many bathrooms and radiators you have, whether you want to move the boiler, and any preferences on controls. Photos of the boiler and its location help.
Boilers reach the end of their life through worn heat exchangers, failing pumps and valves, scale and sludge. Repeated breakdowns are usually the clearest sign it is time.
