Privacy notice

Who we are

Hepta Plumbing & Heating Ltd is the controller of the personal information you send through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15284812. Our registered office is 47a Cox Lane, Epsom, England, KT19 9NA. You can contact us at info@heptaplumbingheating.co.uk or on 07477 877199.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you need, your preferred contact time and the message you write. If you phone or email us, we hold what you tell us.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a plumbing and heating business and answering the people who contact it.

Who processes it for us

Resend delivers the enquiry email to us and acts as our processor. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person and not by an automated script. This website is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for our ordinary business records, and then delete them.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
