Blocked toilets, sinks and baths in your area
Hepta clears blocked toilets, sinks, baths and showers in your area. We find where the blockage sits, clear it with the right equipment and check the pipework for the cause so it does not keep coming back. Call 07477 877199 or send details if water is draining slowly or not at all.
What it covers
A blocked toilet or sink is unpleasant and disruptive, and the plunger only goes so far. When water is not draining, the blockage can be in the trap, the waste pipe or further down. Each needs a different approach.
We work out where the blockage is, clear it with equipment suited to the pipe, and check why it formed. Grease, hair, wipes and scale are the usual culprits, but a collapsed or badly fitted pipe is another, and that needs a different fix.

Questions about blocked toilets, sinks & baths
Not here? Call 07477 877199 and ask.
Grease and food waste solidify in the trap and waste pipe, narrowing it each time. Hot water alone does not shift it. We clear the blockage, clean the trap and show you what helps prevent it coming back.
We advise against it. Strong chemicals can damage pipes and seals, and they make manual clearing hazardous. A plunger is safer. If that does not clear it, stop using the toilet and call us.
That suggests the blockage is further along the shared drain rather than in one trap. We trace it and tell you whether it is inside the property or in a section that someone else is responsible for.
Yes. Even wipes labelled flushable do not break down like toilet paper. They gather in bends and join with grease to form blockages. Bin them instead. It is one of the commonest causes we see.
Not if the cause is a one-off item. If the pipe is damaged, scaled or badly laid, it may. We check for that and tell you plainly if the pipe needs more than clearing.
We are based in Epsom and cover Epsom, Ewell, Ashtead, Leatherhead, Banstead, Cheam, Sutton and Worcester Park, along with Stoneleigh, Esher, Chessington, Cobham, Surbiton, Kingston upon Thames, New Malden, Carshalton, Wallington, Purley, Coulsdon, Reigate, Redhill, Croydon, Morden and Wimbledon. Each of those has its own page for blocked toilets sinks and baths, and you can also send us your town through the contact form.
Stop using the fitting and do not keep flushing. Use a plunger gently if you have one. Avoid pouring chemical drain cleaner, which can make the blockage harder for us to clear safely.
Which fitting is affected, whether other drains are slow, how long it has been happening and anything unusual that went down it. Photos of any overflow help.
Common causes are grease, hair, wet wipes, toys, scale build up and in some cases a damaged or misaligned waste pipe.
